Refund Policy

At Employment Network of Southwest Florida, we value the support of our donors and clients. Because we are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, donations are critical to fulfilling our mission of helping individuals with disabilities achieve meaningful employment.

 

Please review the following guidelines regarding refunds for donations and service-related payments.

1. Donations

 

All donations made to Employment Network of Southwest Florida are considered final and non-refundable.

 

However, if you believe that a donation was made in error, or if you have concerns about a transaction, please contact us within 15 days of the donation date. We will review your request and, if appropriate, issue a refund at our discretion.

2. Payments for Services

 

In some cases, Employment Network of Southwest Florida may offer services that require a fee (for example, specialized consulting or workshops).

• Payments for services are typically non-refundable once the service has been provided or initiated.

• If a service is canceled by us before it begins, you will be eligible for a full refund.

• If you need to cancel a service you have paid for, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance to discuss whether a partial or full refund may be available.

4. Tax Deductibility

 

Please note that donations to Employment Network of Southwest Florida may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. If a donation is refunded, you may not claim it as a charitable deduction for federal income tax purposes.
