Celebrating New Beginnings — Tabitha and Nathan’s Employment Success

At Employment Network of SW Florida, every success story reminds us why inclusion matters. This month, we’re celebrating two amazing individuals who’ve taken big steps in their employment journeys.

Tabitha recently began her new job at Steak ’n Shake, and we couldn’t be prouder of her! Her determination and positive attitude shine through in every shift — and we’re deeply grateful to the team at Steak ’n Shake for opening this opportunity and supporting inclusive hiring in our community.

We’re also cheering for Nathan, who just reached two months of employment with METZ / Ave Maria University! His commitment and growth are truly inspiring, and his milestone is a wonderful reminder of how collaboration between job seekers and employers creates lasting success.
