Working Together 2026: Celebrating Inclusive Employment in Naples, FL

Throughout National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM), Employment Network of Southwest Florida has been sharing employment stories from across our community.
Behind every one of those stories are people: job seekers who took a first step, workers who stayed with it, employers who opened their doors, and the specialists who walked beside them.
Working Together 2026 is our chance to come together and recognize them in person.

Who Are We Celebrating?

Each group plays a different role, and each one is part of what makes a job work over time.
